Hello and welcome to the professional section of my portfolio. I am currently a first-year student in the BUT Networks and Telecommunications (R&T). But my journey is not just about attending classes. It is a global project to build my future.
It all started with a decisive choice. After high school, I had to choose my path. I have a technical profile, so Computer Science seemed logical. But I quickly realized something fundamental: I do not want to be a developer. Spending my days sitting down writing lines of code to create software is simply not for me. I need concrete things. I want to understand how information physically travels. I want to master cables, routers, and data flows. That is why I chose R&T: to be at the heart of the Internet infrastructure.
But I am not just a student. I am also a professional. Alongside my studies, I currently work at Auto Distribution. Holding a job while following an intense university course is not easy, but it is a conscious choice. This experience brings me a lot. It teaches me rigour, punctuality, and teamwork in a corporate environment. It keeps me grounded and helps me understand the demands of the real world. I know what "having responsibilities" means.
All these skills—the technical knowledge from R&T and the maturity gained at work—I want to use them for a specific goal: Cybersecurity. We live in a digital world where the threat is permanent. I want to be the person who protects critical data. My ambition is to become an expert capable of analyzing vulnerabilities and securing corporate network architectures.
